My wifi router failed so i had to get a new one but i am reseting the network but it always tries to find my failed wifi router
Hi @Zaighumaslam! Try performing a new setup of this device in the Ring app, rather than the “reconnect to network” option, to see if this might find your new router. If this concern persists, please reset your Ring device by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Once complete, a new setup should allow for successful connection to your new network.
