Traffic bring picked up my motion and ringing every few minutes
Play with the zone and sensitivity adjustments. Also try “people only mode”.

Yep… easy fix. Funny how it was ringing every couple of minutes, but all is good.

I have a similar problem. My home is on a hill overlooking a busy street. My Ring Doorbell 2 is mliunted using the angle wedge. I cannot stop it from sending alerts for traffic motion, especially for large vehicles like garbage trucks or snow plows, even if I pull back the blue active zone almost as far as possible. I don’t see any “people only” option.
I finally got it right and not picking up all the other movements that set the ring off. It took a while, but after courageously playing around with the options it’s all good.
