My Ring doorbell has disappeard from my ADT dahsboard and I do not know how to access my Ring another way. Can anyone help?
Hi @Amunhotep. If you have a Ring Doorbell or Camera, you’ll want to have it set up within the Ring App on your smartphone or tablet. You can find links to download the Ring App in this Help Center Article here. If it is an ADT device, you’ll want to contact ADT’s support specifically for more assistance.
