Hey neighbor! The best first step here will be to ensure your device is online by triggering a live view. If video connects, please check that you are subscribed to a Protect Plan or within free trial period in order to view recordings.
If the live view did not connect, your Ring device might not be connected to your wifi. The next best step for this case is to attempt a new setup of the Ring device in your app and test functionality while placing the Ring device near your router. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
