Every time we have to charge the battery, the doorbell and the chime have to be reinstalled why?
Hey @twinmomdiane. Do you have the Chime Pro? If the Chime Pro is used as the connection between the Doorbell and the router to help extend your wifi signal, if the Chime Pro is offline for quite a bit of time, this could be why. Since the Chime Pro is the connector between the home network and the Doorbell, you will need to ensure your Chime Pro is plugged in and stays on and functioning.
