My ring doorbell will not show live view, just a clip that I have tried to delete 10 times.
Sorry to hear about this experience @SAS ! I recommend first trying to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if this improves functionality. The next best step would be to test on another mobile device, or with your mobile device connected to wifi only, and again on data only. Please let us know how this goes!

Ok, thanks for the great tips, but I’m new to the ring device, so it took me a minute to figure it all out! So, my idea, but we put the ring camera behind a glass screen door, when the camera starts to record, the lights come on, and glares back off of the glass…causing a blinding wash-out of glaring light! The street lights cause a little, but not like the camera . Tomorrow, the tech is changing the camera around!
