Ive tried different plugs 12v 1.0am will not charge to allow me to view live had it fully charged and then hard wired it and it went down to 3%
Hi @Porkdawg. Which model of Doorbell do you have and how are you charging it? If you have a Video Doorbell 2 or Video Doorbell 3 or 3 Plus, you’ll want to make sure you’re using the included charging cable on a standard home outlet and leaving the battery on the charger for at least 8 hours.
