Just purchased this 3 days ago and witnessed poor imagery at night time in 69 degree weather. Is my device faulty? I have had outdoor surveillance cameras and this was never an issue. Its useless at night!!
Hey @sergiocalsells! This image example looks like fog or condensation of some sort. Try wiping off the lens to see if it improves picture. Other neighbors have shared success using a defogging solution on the lens for similar scenarios. It’s always good to check your device’s RSSI as well, as a good signal strength is important for an optimal video quality. I hope this helps!

It was fog, but I am surprised that only the doorbell does this as I have another camera in the same vicinity that has never had condensation problems. What in the design of the doorbell is causing it?
