I know support will probably respond to you by telling you to reset the device. Probably the easiest is to pull the power cord going to the ring doorbell and put it back in.
You'll also want to verify you have motion alert enabled, and that you have some motion zones enabled. Also make sure volume levels are up too. Then you can try a total reset and reconnection of the camera. Other than that, all I could think of is that it's broke.
