Ring doorbell 3 plus mic not picking audio

Hi
My ring doorbell 3 has everything working fine except that audio from the bell will not be played on the phone, the issue consists on both android and IOS, it was working fine yesterday.

Hi @HM10. We have some Help Center article that are designed to help you troubleshoot notifications on your phone. This one here is for Android and this one here is for iPhone. Try checking those out to see if they offer any improvement!
