Ring doorbell 3 Plus doesn't ring nor it notifiy any motion

Hi

I have recenlty purchased Ring doorbell 3 Plus and the Ring Chime Pro Indoor Chime and Wi-Fi Extender - It works fine with my front doors are open but it doesn’t work / connect when my front doors are shut.

I have a wooden door + a security mesh door.

I tried to change the place of my router and brought Chime pro closer to the door but it still doesn’t work.

App shows that its online but the signal strength is RSSI-68 or RSSI 74.

Can you please help ?

Hey @waleedhashimi. I recommend checking out our Help Center Article here, as you will want to troubleshoot further with your wifi’s signal strength since your RSSI is very high. Let me know if you’re able to make any changes that show some improvement!
