Hi @RAD3! If there is audio with one event but not the other, this may be an indicator of either power or wifi. Intermittent audio can be related to wifi signal strength. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing wifi signal strength.
Please also ensure your battery is fully charged, and the Ring app is up to date. Removing and reinstalling the Ring app is another great step! If the above is sufficient, answering a video event using the green answer button on the video screen, should result in two way audio. I hope this helps!
