Ring does not work

I received a notice to charge the doorbell which I did and Ring worked for a week and it has not worked for the last three weeks. This was rather worrying as we were away on holiday.
I have recharged the battery and it still does not work.
Any ideas what could be wrong? Thank you

Hi @didgetom. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have and which part of it is not working? Is it reporting as offline in the Ring App or are you unable to access the Live View? Feel free to attach screenshots demonstrating what you’re experiencing on your end and I’d be happy to take a look.
