Could you try resetting the Chime Pro by pressing and holding the button on the side for 20 seconds (or pressing a pin into the small hole on the side for 20 seconds) to see if this helps? This sent me back to initial setup, and worked after going through the set up process again.
It’s now sowing a solid blue “Ring”
