Hi Ring Community,
I have a problem with my Ring Video Doorbell 2 Live View. WHat happens is if I try to accsess live view it works somtimes and most of the time it does not. I am not sure if it has to do with my wifi setup or my phone. Anyone else with same problem?

Thank you for sharing your experience with us in detail @millerhousehold155! The first thing I would check is your Ring device RSSI found in the device health section of your Ring app. Check out our Community post about good versus poor RSSI.
Something else worth trying is testing the connection methods on your mobile device to see if wifi only works better than data only connection. Please also ensure bluetooth or VPNs are disabled, and any other apps in the background are closed. I hope this helps!
