Can someone explain to me what is covered by the Ring Protection Plus extended warranty? I had it before I purchased my Ring Pro doorbell. I have to do a hard reset on my doorbell every 2-3 days. Ring support says there is nothing they can do because it's out of Warranty. Can anyone clarify this for me?

But I am not to say, I do not work for Ring.
