Just installed the ring pro and could not get through the wifi or app setup. The ring would not connect ring wifi or my personal wifi. I have tried multiple times. I am ready to send it back.
I had setup issues once. It turned out to be my phone that was causing my issue. I used an older spare I had and everything was fine. If you have another to use, I’d give it a try. Hopefully it works for you too.

Yep, top tip. It’s worth trying a different phone or tablet if you have one.
