I heard my door chime made a continuous buzzing/ringing sound for about 15 minutes. When the buzzing sound stopped, my Ring Pro stopped working too.
Is there a connection between my Ring Pro and the door chime?
Hey @pro. How did you install the Doorbell Pro? Did you ensure you installed the Pro Power Kit? Did you ensure your internal chime kit is compatible with the Pro?
