My ring doorbell used to be very active in detecting people and would record a person walking towards it. Now it has become very slow and I am only seeing a recording of people walking away from it after they have left the package by the door, or rang the bell and delivered food and I will see them walking back to their car.
Has anyone else experienced this recently?
Hi @Sharoon! The best first thing to check here is your motion settings such as motion frequency and recording length. These settings can really help to ensure for accurate detection.
