Hi @LarryHooker. Have you attempted to delete the Ring app, reboot your phone (turn it off/on) and then reinstall the Ring app? Sometimes this can help refresh the notification preferences and “allow” your phone to give you a sound when you get a Ring notification.
Additionally, if you have any bluetooth devices connected to your phone while getting a Ring notification, this also may be why the sound is not coming through. Try disabling all bluetooth devices connected to your phone, and then test notifications to see if they come with sound. Give this a try and let me know how it goes!
