It looks like rich notifications are only showing for the main account holder and not the shared users. This needs to be available to shared users as well.
Hi @Mark0702. Rich notifications are still being rolled out to all of our neighbors at this time, so it sounds like your Shared Users do not have it rolled out to their Ring App yet. You can read more about it in our Community Post here. Hope that helps clear things up!
Hi @Walkychalky. Do you have a Ring Protect Plus or Basic subscription? This feature requires a Ring Protect subscription for your device. If you don't have one for that device currently, check out this Ring Protect Plan page for more information.
It actually popped up like the day after I posted this. Not sure why it was delayed for the one device only. Anyways all good now.
