I replaced a vandalized Ring Doorbell 2 that was working pefectly. Strong WIFI connection and charging as expected.
My replacement Ring Doorbell 3 is not charging (19.4 VAC hard wired) and has a “Poor WIFI Connection” despite having a speedtest.net test indicate I have a 45Mbps wireless connection (up and down) right next to the doorbell!!
Not sure what has happened to Ring, but this Ring Doorbell 3 is being returned. I will find a different solution. Dissapointed.
