Thank you for sharing your experience with us @WongGendeng! An echo should not occur, but may if you are too close to the Doorbell Pro while answering, or if you have multiple mobile devices with the Ring app in the home answering a live event.
Please ensure things like bluetooth, VPNs, hotspots, or 3rd party security apps are disabled to see if this improves audio connection. As you did test this on multiple mobile devices, many of the above suggestions have been considered, I'm sure. Try reinstalling the Rapid Ring app to test if it is now operating as intended. Let us know how this goes!

- I uninstalled and reinstalled Rapid Ring
- I was not too closed to the door
- Regular Ring app is working perfectly fine
