RIng Pro can't setup

Hey @Cryki. Could you try resetting the Pro by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds? From there, give the device a few minutes, and then press the setup button again and let me know if it spins at all! If you still cannot get the spinning light, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
