RING Video Doorbell 3 did not alert on motion detected

Hi, I’ve just installed my Ring Video Doorbell 3.
However, there were no alert send to my mobile when motion detected.

Hi @CYML! After a new setup of a Ring device there is often an update, as well as various settings to configure. As it sounds like you’ve enabled your motion zones for detection, please also check on settings such as motion alert toggles, motion scheduling, modes, or even people only mode, in the Ring app.

As long as there is a recording for a motion event, you should receive a notification. If you have people only mode enabled, you will only be notified of human-like activity. If this concern persists, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
