Sorry to hear this happening to you @Marine3521! At Ring we value your security and privacy, which means there are no videos stored anywhere outside of your account and event history. Any event or recording that is going to be available will be found in your event history or timeline sections in the Ring app.
If there are not events, or additional snapshots available in your timeline, I recommend checking the Neighbors app by Ring to see if anyone in your neighborhood might have shared a similar report with video. I hope this helps!
