Problem with doorbell

Sorry to hear about this @Pat58! If both yourself and a shared user is experiencing audio concerns, the first best thing to check is the wifi signal strength, or RSSI. In the Device Health section of your Doorbell in the Ring app, there will be an RSSI reading. Check out our Community post for tips on how to maintain an optimal signal strength.

It’s always good to ensure both mobile devices are up to date, and that your app is also up to date. If this concern persists please try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
