Hi everyone I’ve just fitted a Hard wired vidio door bell pro and is always going offline. I bought a chime pro WiFi extender which is about 4 feet away from the vidio doorbell but it still keeps going offline And have keep connecting it will go offline within minutes of reconnecting iv followed the instructions to the letter but now I’m lost with it has anyone had same issues. Hi @nipper. It sounds like your Doorbell may not have a stable wifi connection which could be due to interference or distance. What is the RSSI for your Doorbell on the Device Health screen?
