No Audio and more

Hi all,

My ring doorbell 3 was not playing any audio to my phone. I did a resent using the orange button. After this my doorbell would not work correctly. No chime when the doorbell was pressed (I have 2 chimes inside, all wireless). I also could not access the camera live, from my phone. I changed the battery and it told me it is in set up mode. The light has been spinning for 10 minutes and nothing is happening. Any ideas??

Hey @Endohr. It sounds like you have not reconnected your Doorbell to your home wifi network after completing the reset. To get the Doorbell reconnected to your wifi, you can follow the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring App. Once it is reconnected, you should be able to access Live View and use the Doorbell without any issue.
