We bought a replacement ring pro to replace our old ring pro. When trying use live view it just sits and spins and doesn’t activate.
Hey @Boomer10. Are you still having this concern? Normally after first installing the device, it may need to update the firmware and will not enable Live View then. In addition, you can try loading the Live View with your mobile data only and wifi off. Let me know!
