New phone 2 factor authentication fails

Just got a new phone.
When I try to open the app…
I enter my in pw
After I “Enter code sent to (my phone number)”, it hangs on wait spinning circle

Hey @Zamily. Do you have an old number that is attached to your Ring account, or is this simply a new device you are trying to log into your Ring account with, but still have access to the old number? If you still have access to the old number and can get a code, see if you can remove the Ring app from your device, restart the device, and then reinstall the app. Once reinstalled, see if the code can come through! Please also let me know if you are running into this loop because you don’t have access to the old number associated with the 2FA for your Ring account.
