New Ring Doorbell (2nd Generation) Doesn't Show Video - Always show "activating device"

Hi everyone,

We just bought new Rind Doorbell (2nd generation - 2020).

We set everything up, and everything looks good on the app - however, the camera never shows a video - it keeps loading and says “activating device”.

We tried to remove and add the device, did internet speed tests (40mb down, 3mb up), we tried to see video when the device is in the house, close to the router, but still, it doesn’t work.

Any ideas?
