Motion Schedule ignored when using modes

Hi,

Since switching to modes my motion schedules for each camera are now being ignored, if I disable them in modes I then lose out on snapshots and live videos.

Is this by design or a bug?

Hi @theroninhunter! This should not happen. Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. If this concern persists, please include your mobile device type and a video example of the concern, if possible. Thank you! :slight_smile:

Removing and reinstalling the app seems to be the suggested solution for everything. How about fixing the app Ring?

I seriously think since Ring is now Amazon, the product support and development has dropped. I have a $2k investment in Ring stuff so I hope they will continue and not just drop the product.
