Today I had a UPS delivery to my front door and my Ring Doorbell Pro did not pick it up. This is the second time in the past few weeks this has happened. The alert area covers from my front door (up 8 steps from the ground) out to a portion of my front lawn and edge of driveway. The UPS driver had to walk across that area of the driveway and up to the front door.
Any ideas what is happening here?
