Lost device

I have purchased a ring doorbell 2. Have set it up previously, but cannot get access to the device. Any suggestions?

Hi @cangelhow1! Are you physically unable to access the device at your location, or is the device with you and not setting up? Keep in mind, you will need to have the device on hand to set it up in your Ring app.
