Last health check now working

My doorbell pro hasn’t updated it’s health check since the 18th of April. Shortly after it’s last health check I noticed that I was no longer receiving snapshots. Any way to update?

Hey @Tj1981. Could you try pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds? After this has passed, let go, wait a minute, and then ding your Doorbell. The app may update after a few hours, but if you still do not have a recent check in after this, please reach out to our support team here.
