In home chime not sounding

installed the ring doorbell pro and everything is working as it should except the in home chime is not working. I have read the other threads and everything is wired/powered correctly. The app settings are cirrect. I checked the model of my chime and it is compatible with ring doorbells according to Ring.

Thank you for your resourcefulness @bwinter24! Our chime compatibility list was a great place to start. As your chime kit is compatible, is it a digital or mechanical chime?

With the chime type settings being appropriately selected in the Ring app, as long as power is adequate, this chime should be ringing. Please ensure you’ve installed the Pro Power Kit during installation. If the chime kit is digital, we’ve seen neighbors find success with altering the chime tone/ duration controls on the chime kit itself. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
