How do I reconnect to wifi when it's mounted?

My wifi changed. I read you need to press the orange button on the back of the Ring. But, my Ring is mounted at the front of my door. I tried to get it off, but I can’t. Is there a different way to do it? Or a trick to getting it off of the mount?

Hey @ladylaura. What kind of Doorbell do you have and did you take out the security screws first? You will need to ensure you take those out first before you can unmount the Doorbell!
