I installed my ring pro today, as soon as I connected the components in the chime about every 10 seconds it chimes, I unhooked it and the camera works fine without it, I did hook it up properly to white wire from the transformer and return wire from door , any ideas?
Hey @Lorne! If you are using an existing chime kit, I recommend checking out our Chime Kit Compatibility list. For best steps on installing the Pro Power Kit, here is our help center article on doing so.
Once you’ve completed the setup of your Doorbell Pro, there will be an option to select chime kit type (digital or mechanical). I hope this helps!
