HELP! Ring Pro Doorbell Black Box on Screen

We recently bought a home that already has the Ring Doorbell Pro.

I set up my account and have paid for service.

There is a black box on live video and recorded videos.

I have attached a screenshot.

I have checked Privacy zones and there are no privacy zones set up.

How do I get rid of this black box?

Hi @theneedlenerd. Thank you for attaching the photo. It certainly looks like a Privacy Zone. I would ensure that you are logged in as the owner of the Ring account, and check them again. When you are on the Privacy Zone screen, tap on the black square to bring up the menu to delete it. You can also try to reset your Doorbell and reconnect it to wifi. This can be done by pressing and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Allow 1 minute for the Doorbell to reboot, then reconnect it to wifi.
