I have a ring doorbell pro.
At night, the camera has a green tint to it. I have the video settings to “Color Night Visions: OFF”
How do I get rid of the green tint? What am I missing? [see attached image]

Hi @vitamin. I would first try to power cycle your Ring Pro. Do this by flipping your circuit breaker for 2 minutes, then flip it back on. Once power is restored, test to see if the video has a clear image. If not, try rebooting your Ring Pro by removing the Faceplate and pressing and holding the Setup Button for 20 seconds and releasing.
