Hi Folks
I’ve had my Ring doorbell for more than a year with no problems. Unfortunately it’s unusable now as the image is completely out of focus and foggy(attached image). Any ideas?

Hi @Bradzweb. Is the image like this during both night and day? Have you noticed any visible condensation on the camera lens? Try wiping it off with a soft cloth and a mild cleaner to see if that causes any improvement in the clarity. If that doesn’t seem to work, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. Thanks for your reply, it’s not condensation, the lens looks clear to me. I’ll give technical support a ring.
