Hi @Dorbell2! In order to reset the Video Doorbell, please hold the setup button for 20 seconds. Once complete, you should be able to enter setup mode and complete a setup in the Ring app. I recommend also charging the battery fully before trying a setup. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
