Hi @Ste2105! Are any recent motion recordings showing up and viewable in the Ring app? This will be a good indicator of your Doorbell's connectivity to video and live view. If recordings are there, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device.
If there are no recordings and video will not connect, try reconnecting the device to wifi in the Ring app. This can also be accomplished through completing a setup in the Ring app. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
