Cannot reset doorbell pro
Light on doorbell is on continuous white not spinning round
I talked to customer service today and they offcourse wanted me to reset my doorbell. When this did not solve the problem they wanted me to cut the power supply for ten seconds before trying again. So there is clearly a difference between reseting and cutting power. It might help.
Thanks. I’ve tried to reset and power off and all I get is a continuous white ring around the button. When it first went wrong the white light was glowing and dimming, dot dash dash dot which is a code for something. My next job is to check volts at the box and then volts at the back of the doorbell unit. I wouldn’t mind if it was old but it’s only a week old!!?
