Hey @DVC72680. What Doorbell is this for? Since the reset process is the same for all our Doorbell, I recommend doing a reset and a reconnection of the device. You can do the reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds. After this, go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Doorbell > Device Health > Reconnect or Change Wifi Network. From here this will take you through another setup of the Doorbell, and then monitor the device from there to ensure you get this functionality back! Let me know how this goes.
