Doorbell Going Crazy

I have several issues that just started with my doorbell about a week ago.

1 - I’m getting (someone @ your door alerts) as if doorbell is being pushed and no one is there. One time I was actually cutting grass and could see my door to verify no one was there.

2 - Whenever I get a motion alert I do not have the ability to view it. Either if I click on it right away or if I go back and check an hr later.

3 - Live mode never works anymore.

Software app on my phone is up to date, Doorbell is fully charged.

Hey @DVC72680. What Doorbell is this for? Since the reset process is the same for all our Doorbell, I recommend doing a reset and a reconnection of the device. You can do the reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds. After this, go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Doorbell > Device Health > Reconnect or Change Wifi Network. From here this will take you through another setup of the Doorbell, and then monitor the device from there to ensure you get this functionality back! Let me know how this goes. :slight_smile:
