Doorbell 2 - Connection Issues

I have to try live mode many times to get it to work. I have purchased an extender, so connecttion isn’t the issue, as I initially thought.

Also, when somebody is clicking thw doorbell, it takes forever to load. The is not convenient or helpfull. Does anybody else have this issue?

Hey @Latinsbest ! As you’ve already checked your wifi and added an extender, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled. We are also experiencing some outages with the Ring app and Ring.com. Please note that the issues within the app and the website would have been affecting this feature, but as of Nov 27, 11:44 UTC, a fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
