I set everything up on my ring but when I push doorbell., I don’t receive anything on my phone
No alert, no camera…??
Hi @E71. Can you let us know what Doorbell you have? Also, does the Doorbell show as online or offline in the Ring App? If it is showing online, are you able to access the Live View? Once I have a bit more information, I can offer some guidance!
