Device registered but not showing

Need help… I have a ring doorbell that is registered , but not showing on ap… tried to de-register, got the email confirming it was, but on trying to set up again it is stating still registered.
Is my doorbell just good as a paperweight now, or can someone help me out??

Hi @AminaTheMF. It sounds like you may have registered your device on the wrong location. You can find our more about managing your locations in this Help Center article here. Also, be sure that you are logged in with the same email that you used to setup the device. I hope this helps!
